This was an extra special segment because I got to bring my 12-year-old son Rex with me to the Daytime Chicago studio so he could see what live TV is all about. The crew was so generous to Rex, and he even got to see the control room. All he kept saying was, “This is so cool.” And it was so cool for me to see my son experience my work in action.
Rex helped me set up the display table, and during the segment he took photos and videos that I could use for social media content.
