The last day of the Lise Watier press trip included a professional photo shoot, shot by photographer Brian Ypperciel. I was styled and had my hair and makeup done. Above is the final shot. My top and bib necklace are by Canadian designer Marie Saint Pierre.
To transform my hair from straight and flat to sexy curly, hairstylist Jean Sebastian LaCombe separated my hair into tiny sections and went to town with his 1/4 inch curling iron (isn’t it cute!). This isn’t hard to do but it does require patience. It took about 30 minutes for him to create all of these curls. Then he dusted Schwarzkpof Professional Osis Dust It Mattifying Powder ($15) at my roots. Immediately, my hair ballooned in the best way giving me volume that you can only achieve from teasing your hair tediously. And the height lasts until you wash it out.
For my makeup, the focus was on my eyes. Lise Watier’s head makeup artist used neutral tones on my lids and lips (the nude lip liner is shown in the below photo). Then he made my eyes pop by lining them with the peacock blue liner (shown below) followed by a light layer of teal liquid glitter liner. Do you like the look?
