During my family trip to Florida, I squeezed in a little work to tape this TV segment for NBC’s 6 in the Mix, a morning show in Miami. If you’ve seen me on TV before, you know I gravitate toward bold lip colors. In this segment, I’m wearing Pacifica lipstick in super love, a new color that’s rich in pigment, hydrating and made with natural, vegan ingredients.
Being that I was on vacation visiting my parents when this TV segment came up, lucky for me, my work day turned into take my mom to work day! She’d never been in the studio with me before, so it was great to have her there.
That’s me just before shooting the segment. Having been in my share of TV studios, I know the air conditioning is always cranked up. The socks will come off, but they stay on till the last second to keep my feet warm and cozy.
I loved doing this segment with host Roxanne Vargas. In addition to our love for beauty products, we’re both moms of young boys figuring out how to juggle it all.
