Tomorrow (Feb. 5th) is Go Red for Women Day, a national movement founded by the American Heart Association to keep women aware of the dangers of heart disease. You don’t have to go so far as to dye your hair red, but there are lots of little ways to get into the spirit. Swipe on a red lipstick before leaving the house, pick a red polish at the nail salon, add a Go Red wallpaper to your cell or throw on a red scarf and gloves to keep warm. However you choose to go red, hopefully it will inspire those around you to be healthy and aware in 2010! To visit the official Go Red website, click here. How do you plan to “go red”?
