Pevonia Botanica’s Lumafirm Freeze-Dried At-Home Intensifier ($20) is a face mask that uses freeze dried technology. In other words, the ingredients begin to work the moment they touch your skin. The formula is made to firm and even out skin tone.
We tried it, and here’s how it works: Wet your face and neck with water. Next, remove the Intensifier from its mold and gently massage it into skin. Continue this process, re-moistening your hands with water until the Intensifier is fully absorbed.
We didn’t see a noticeable change in our skin tone right away, but our skin did feel firmer. The process was a little lengthy so we wouldn’t do this daily. However, we’d consider doing this once a month as a treatment.
