We’re digging Clinique’s new #FaceForward initiative asking: What advice would you give to your future self? It’s a great question. We think about what we wish we knew then, and I love that Clinique is reminding us to not dwell on the past but to look ahead to the future.
When it comes to beauty, one promise I know I’ll always make to myself is to protect my skin with SPF.
As a #GirlBoss, I would tell my future self to always take risks. I’m someone who would rather take a risk than live with regret, and because of this, I’ve been able to do what I love for my work.
Now that I’m a mom, there are a million promises I’d like to make for the future. Life gets busy and patience gets shorter and shorter, but I do want to promise myself not to rush the little moments that actually afford some of the biggest memories. Like our nightly bedtime ritual of reading books, telling a story, singing "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star," turning the closet light on, turning the sound machine on, sitting in the bedside chair as Rex closes his eyes….
